What we provide
Sundance Bay was founded in 2012 with an investment in two small multifamily assets in Wisconsin. We’re grateful to our investors who trusted us in our early stages, and helped us expand as we launched strategies for senior debt, net lease investments, and most recently, structured debt and equity.
As owner-operators, we are more than capital allocators– we lean on our vertically-integrated team to optimize returns for our investors and help to strengthen communities where we invest.

Multifamily Properties
Since 2012, we’ve acquired over 10,000 apartment units.
From acquisition to renovation to stabilization, we aim to be an industry leader in creating wealth for investors while enhancing the neighborhoods in which we own and manage apartment communities.
Net Lease Investments
Joint Venture Equity capital to net lease real estate developers across the country.
Our deep understanding of the net lease industry creates value for both the sponsors with whom we partner and the investment returns we generate. Sundance Bay is a direct source of GP and LP equity on deal sizes between $4MM—$150MM.
Senior Debt
A full-service, private lending company facilitating Bridge Loans, Acquisition Loans and Construction Financing.
A real estate lending vehicle established to provide private financing, construction and bridge loans to experienced real estate developers and operators.
A high-yield debt vehicle formed to invest in non-core debt products, including High-Yield Senior Loans, Mezzanine Loans, Preferred Equity, and Distressed Debt.
We are experienced owner allocators who seek to provide customized debt solutions to Sponsors looking to develop, acquire, rehab, or recapitalize primarily multifamily and select commercial real estate properties.
