Sundance Bay Structured Debt and Equity

Our high-yield debt strategy invests in high-yield senior debt, structured debt, and distressed debt opportunities.

High-yield senior debt, structured debt (mezzanine loans, preferred equity, B-notes, Freddie Mac K-Series B-pieces), and to a lesser extent distressed debt.

We believe this strategy presents investors with an opportunity to take advantage of hesitation on the part of traditional equity and debt participants by partnering with institutional-quality borrowers on high-quality projects – filling the balance in the capital stack while providing strong risk-adjusted returns to our investors.
